By accessing or using Offload — ADHD Organizer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Offload turns a raw note into a clean task list with deadlines, categories, and priorities. No account or registration is required.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use Offload only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service.

4. Generated Content

Responses are generated automatically and are provided for informational purposes only. Offload does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content.

5. Intellectual Property

The Offload name, logo, and design are proprietary. Generated task output is yours to use personally.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Offload shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Subscriptions

Offload offers two optional auto-renewing subscription plans: Monthly ($6.99 / month) and Annual ($39.99 / year). Prices in other currencies may vary.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

The free tier allows 3 total dumps before the paywall.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
